What can we say. When it comes to the “Mutz with the most”, Vito knows what he’s doing. He’s been making mozzarella since he was 14. He refuses to use anything but the finest quality products. He won’t even use water if it’s not purified. That’s the determination and devotion that has made his cheese famous worldwide.
